WLTRAY Message is appearing on the screen while starting Windows…

It sounds as though you need to update or reinstall the drivers for your network card. Sometimes all that is needed is to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for a device but if this doesn't work then you will need to download the correct driver from the network card manufacturer's website, uninstall the existing driver and then install the driver you downloaded. Is the network card working correctly even though you get the message? What is the make and model of the network card? What version of Windows are you using? Is your version of Windows a legitimate copy and do you get and install regular updates?
