Absinthe which is now know to cause brain damage used to be treated for malaria!
Creme de Menthe was used for digestive disorders. I can see that if there's mint in it? I'm not sure how Creme de Menthe is made.
Créme de menthe settled rebellious stomachs and absinthe fended off malaria. This is the secret medical history of the speakeasy cocktails we've come to know and love.

Oh if only I could have a cocktail..I dont drink but that is interesting.
I know the good old whiskey is supposed to fight colds.

I don't remember the last time I had a drink. Oh yeah it was my last birthday, which is in December. So it will be time for another drink in a month!
