What is the main difference between helping verbs & special helping verbs?

Helping verbs are used to identify the tense of a sentence.
Helping verb means a verb which doesn’t have any individual meaning.
Special helping verb also doesn’t have any individual meaning
But there is a slight difference between both of them.
It has rather an internal meaning which means a verb which indicates an intention.
I want a clear cut for helping verbs in general usage with good examples…
