people who talk too much and make no effort to listen - people who think argument involves shouting a lot and getting the last word rather than trying to reason things out

@happytails yes they just intimidate the other communicator into silence - it is just a form of bullying

@arthurchappell Absolutely! They think if they are louder then you listen and they obviously get the last word. They need to learn manners.

@arthurchappell Generally when they talk and talk it's because they truly have nothing to say....and I hate when someone thinks that by raising their voice it gets their point across. Not....

@jaboUK That is true. Normally if they are sincerely kind to others they don't have the other traits.
