Lunch is about to be ready: salmon for us.

Today my friend Dixie came to fetch some garments. She is going on a cruise with her husband and I´m SO happy for her. They have been having all sorts of ailments this year And Dixie has cared for a friend until her death and for her 96 year old mother every day.
I thought she was coming for lunch so I defrosted salmon. She is on a diet (no salt, no sugar, no red meat and no poultry) to give her heart the minimum stress.
As it was, she came for breakfast. I had an almost no salt fresh cheese and she was happy with it.
So now I will fry the salmon in a pinch of butter (only a bit of added salt), a couple of small cooked potatoes and some salad (green beans, tomatos and oven baked onions). Yummy and not much carbs there.
Leticia is happy as she loves salmon above all. I do too, but I prefer a juicy (and greasy) steak

I normally take any type of dosa, idli, kichdi for breakfast. Sometimes i dont like to take solid breakfast so i will take oats porridge, or mixed fruits with sprouts added with honey, salt and pepper.

Dosa do not have much carbs if little oil is used to grease the pan but different dosas are there. Ghee toast will have lot of ghee so it should be avoided though it tastes yummy. Idli is just steam cooked dish so you can take it.. Even doctors recommend it for the patients also. Easily digestable and filling

I love pork chops myself they are really good with no salt but herb seasoning its really good.
