What a crazy, abusive world

I want to give you just one example of what crazy people do in our world. There is this video involving one guy and one teenage boy. The older guy asks the teenage boy if he has on and for his bike certain elements that only cars have and some of those elements not even cars have them anyways. I don't know the name of those elements in the English language unfortunately. He is simply trolling that weak minded kid by being mean and abusive. But the thing is that the older guy acts as if he truly is serious about it. He threatens the kid that he will call the police to fine him for the fact that he does not have those elements. In the end of the video, when he throws his bike away he says on a very angry voice "I am calling the police (swearing)... to fine you (swearing)". The guys behind the camera were laughing at this. What you think about this?

The fact that people view this video makes them want to show off and post them.. Report and get it banned.

Is this another silly "social experiment" some people do to get publicity? That's just mean. Poor kid.

@Cristi_Ichim Some people do such things and claim that they want to observe people's reactions in certain situations. The reality is that many people do it for fun to embarrass other people, and to get publicity on YouTube and other social media.
