Should I take a nap?

I have been here for some hours with just a small time spent at the kitchen and eating. In my room, the TV is on and running an antique NCIS rerun with Ziva included. When I post tired, the letters are not placed in the right order. My fingers become twisted sort of and the word AND becomes easily NAD. It also happens that myy English leaves me and I have to go to a dictionary for a tranlation more often. So I think that I should go to take a nap before my friend comes and watch Gibbs with half closed eyes. Good night.

If you are really tired you should take an hour nap. The nap will help you feel refreshed.
