It is not easy looking for a job...

Today, my nephew looks stressful. He have looking for a job for 2 months but until now, he does get the job yet. Poor he is. He has try to send some application, but there is nothing a company which call him for interview. I can't do anything, I try to motivate him to be patient and never give up.
What about you, do you also difficult to get a job...?

@srisahara,Your nephew is not alone having hard time getting a job.I too could find a job with much difficulty.Actually jobs are less and aspirants more.And the situation is not likely to change in near future.Why don't you inspire him to start a small business?

Yes, most of people experiencing much difficult for getting a job. I already try to inspire him to start a small business, but he does not interesting to start a small business, he does not know yet what the small business that can he do. He still confuse to start small business. I can't force him...

@srisahara Self employment is the best.By consulting experienced persons and by understanding the market it can easily be understood what business would be profitable.It may take some time,but it's worth it.

It depends on. Here if you are looking for a job that really pays well, then it is not very easy. The competition is heat and you must be abilities, too. On the contrary, if you are just looking for a common job, it is not easy. You can see the recuritment in front of the stores and restaurants. If you are young, then it is even easier to find a job. If you don't mind some tiring job, here there is a job who will take care of a new mother and it really paids great. But of course you have to live with the family, take care of the baby and new mother all the time. Usually this kind of job will last few months, and you can work for another family. Many families need a help like this. So the salary is even higher than a doctor, very amazing.

Actually, he does not looking for a job that really pays well, but in my country still get impact of world crisis and most of company reduce their employees. I try to motivate him to never give up, I believe that he will get it, someday...

@srisahara I think the tourism will be helpful a lot for Indonesia. Nowadays many Chinese visit Thailand, and of course they will like to visit Indonesia, too. If a place left a friendly and happy memory for the tourists, then it will attract more people to visit. And it will bring more business.

Unfortunately, he do not much experience in the prior job, so it is difficult to make a good resume because there is nothing interesting experience..poor him...

Yes, it can be very difficult to find a job, especially now with everything online. I miss the paper applications. Luckily I have a stable job. I hope your nephew gets lucky and finds one soon.

I helped my husband find a job since he is already 50 years old , by telling my lady boss who is also the general manager of another affiliate of the company i work with . Luckily , they have 2 vacancies and he was immediately hired . 
I think to find a job , one must really have a big connection .
