Nov 8, 2015-- the 2nd anniversary of Super Typhoon Haiyan.. or locally known as Yolanda. A super typhoon that ravaged the Visayan regions, specially the Eastern Visayas. Leaving thousands dead and homeless and millions or even billions of pesos worth of properties destroyed. After two years.. though mostly have started recover, thanks mostly to the NGOs and International organizations that helped... There are still considerable numbers of people though that are still waiting for the promised financial aid from the government. Mostly have received their financial aid just a few a weeks ago.. and the government called it ESA.. EMERGENCY shelter assistance...
