Infutuation they say is just an attraction to one's physical appearance, welI I believe on that.
But what if that infatuation turns into real love? I have read an article before stating that infatuation can turn into love after a long time.
So does anybody experienced that? Turning infatuation into love? Why does it happens?

I remember feeling attraction to one specific woman back in my high-school days. It turns out that she went with me and use me to dance the other guy, but my fault too for not making a good approach to her because i just didn't know. Second time was in college freshman but before that I was infatuated with a woman. I was inspired at first, but all changed when she and I met. things went down and we closed the relationship afterwards.

@Ryanskie They were moments here and there where I could have taken any further but sadly my financial standing had kept me from continuing my effort to date some one.

I disagree with your first sentence saying that infatuation is an attraction to ones physical appearance, here's why. I have actually met people who talk to others online through chat rooms and have become infatuated, even obsessed with these people without ever seeing there physical appearance. Just because they are smooth talkers. I think infatuation could as easily turn to obsession as love.

Wow I haven't experience such kind of infuatuation building online. But as my post says "Infatuation they say", I just based my opinion about being physically attracted, and luckily you shared something like that building the infatuation even without seeing the person's physical attributes. Haven't experienced that though!

I guess it really depends on you if you will allow infatuation to grow into something bigger. However, love is a big word yet difficult to grasp. Most of the time, you convince yourself that your in love with someone even without getting infatuated.

They say that infatuation is an attraction between male and female and is a state of being completely carried away by un-reasoned passion, foolishly extravagant feelings, and an unappreciated often unwarranted emotion.
But the truth is, infatuation is really normal when starting to relate or starting a relationship with the opposite gender. It all starts with infatuation, and it turns to attraction, then finally love. I experience infatuation to many women at once, but there is always that someone who I felt a strong infatuation for and it actually turned to love. Nevertheless, I hope that she would feel the same way to me when the time comes. Ha ha. Kudos~
