Once in the past I had got a whopping 60% rise in an year. The reason was that I had quit and was recalled with an undeniable increase.

My salary has not changed for 6 years. Food here has become 30% more expensive and the local rents went up average 6% in the past month. And it's predicted to get much worse.

I got a raise from the work I did. Even though it wasnt the way I expected, better there was a raise. Just got depressed a little on the performance rating. I rated myself more than the actual rating. But thats how it goes.

I got promoted last year. I also get a pay raise every two years. So it is a nice job. It hasn't gotten a whole lot better, but I try to remember that it could always be worse.

My salary has always stayed the same. My job has not been affected at all. The only way I could be affected is if the researchers run out of money to fund their research. Which i dont see that happening.

My current contract job is ending, and I look forward to half a month of bonus at the end of the contract. I have not made plan for next year. I may renew the contract for another six months if they agree to increase the pay by $100.
