How to use VIP Voice points

Hi Mylot Friends, I am making some points regularly in this site VIP Voice, for small surveys the site is offering 200 to 500 points for every survey, as the points are growing in my account but I do not know how to encash these points in this site. I cannot use these points in any other way, if any body doing or knowing about this site kindly share your experience with this site.
