I just read that the most powerful exercise you can do for yourself is to visualize what your perfect day would look like.
What would you be doing?
Who would you be with?
What would make you happy?
Many successful people have used this exercise in their lives and it has brought them closer to their dreams.
I am going to give it a try tomorrow morning!

I did it this morning and loved it. It switched off my usual negative thoughts when getting up and put me in a positive mood. I am going to visualize some of my short term goals going well in my day.

Yes, that is the law of attraction.
If you want to attract something good, you can think of it as watching a movie backwards.
That means you see the end result, and you see yourself reaching that point.
After that, you will have an idea of what to do to reach there.

Thanks for the info. I heard a lot of athletes use visualization before they perform.

I agree with you! This morning I started the visualization during my routine. I am going to see where it gets me during the next month.
