Do you think Undercover Boss is Real?

Hello Mylotters, The Undercover Boss is a reality show that gives the CEO or Owner of a company to disguise him or herself as a contestant of another fake reality show to their staff to cover their Boss disguise. From there, they would get frank and truth about the staff's company and personal problems, rewarding or firing them later part of the show. To be honest, I've gotten hooked by this show that caused me to sleep late last night. I've watch this before, and the reviews on this show was that they allowed to be part for it to help their company and have free promotion of it. But that's because I've never heard most of them until this show, hard to believe those who work were no different from people who work in my country. The difference is that most of them are far away from each other. Some times I wonder why it doesn't happen here in the Philippines, there should be a similar show here. But I think either staff or boss would hate each other and the staff being honest could get fired if it's negative. Some people thinks it's fake because the run around of the show seemed similar with the other episodes.
