Will Fed hike interest rate in December?

I think Fed has to make up its mind to hike interest rate or not. They have not been decisive at all, and the impact on businesses, currencies and stock markets is huge. They keep on hinting that they will increase interest rate, yet they keep on giving excuses for not increasing interest rate. If they are not going to increase, then they should not hint. The stock markets worldwide react violently. The strength of the US dollar is affected. The price of gold is affected as well. I think the various bankers in Fed speak too much, and at cross purpose.

I am sick of hearing all their nonsense again and again. For the past year, they have been talking and talking, and doing nothing to solve anything.

I think that the feds will probably raise interest rates, but the rate increase will be minimal. I think maybe a quarter of a point for instance. The economy is far too uncertain for a major increase.

They have been saying that economy is doing well, and then all the bad reports come out. There is no doubt that the economy is improving, partly due to the low oil price, but that the low oil price is not going to last.
