If you could only own 5 things, what would they be and why?

Each of us desires of wanting things to possess; cars, gadgets, motorcycles, houses, buildings, lands, even tourist spots, and I guess money, right? Having those things to work hard for is a fulfillment, unless it's inherited.
But if I could only own 5 things, that would be quite simple; a house, car, motorcycle, a million bucks, and a rented condo. That would be a start, less possessions, less problems.

Of course, if one of the things was a million bucks that would offer up no end to multiple other things that could be bought... In that case all I would need is a million bucks. lol :)

@Ryanskie I wouldn't exactly call that less possessions, less problems. And you mention that would be a start. So you plan on accumulating more things with that million bucks?

The million dollars this would allow me to get the other things I wouldn't have to mention them.

Ha ha ha. A million bucks isn't a single thing though. It is a million things or the ability to buy multiple things.

I would like a house with a garden, a greenhouse, a fridge/freezer, a computer and a pension!
