The Best Lie!!

Once it happened during college that I went to my ex's house( we were still together at that time), and her mom in the kitchen with me sitting with her in the living room!!
Her mom did not know at that time that we are dating. For her, we were just friends!!
So, just out of playfulness, I picked her up by her waist and held her above me and suddenly her mom came an gave the dirty look and asked what are you doing??
In an instance, I came up with a lie that I was helping her get something from the top shelf on the wall !! I don't know if she believed it or not but she did not ask any more question!!
That is the fastest I have ever lied to anyone ever!!! And my heart was thumping madly at that time!!!

The best lie.. I've ever told is.. "I do not tell lies".. :p
I'm sure I did lie at one point, but sorry I don't remember much of it. So can't be the best thing ever..

Haha!! That's alright!! But yeah "I do not tell lies" is the biggest cliched lie of all time!!

I just hope that there was a shelf close by.? Or you were totally busted on it.
I am a firm believer in always telling the truth, however, I am sure as a kid I might have told a lie or two. I just don't remember them. I am lucky if I can remember yesterday.2 people like this

I lied a little when I was a teen, but I don't lie to get out of trouble anymore. When I was a teen, I was always lying to get out of trouble!!
