There are so many great cartoon superheroes. Who is your favorite? Is it Batman? Great hero with dozens of fantastic villains. Perhaps you favor Superman? Okay, you dig his costume and his super powers. Ah, you have a sharp taste for Wolverine. Perhaps you'd like to swing around with Spiderman. No wait, you want to run like the speed of lightning. @Rationalwriter That's why I said him. I name my dog after him. My very first dog was a Pekingese and he was so tiny and so scared of walking on the tile. He slid on it. So he got named after the big bad coyote in the road runner. It was so funny and he was so cute. I had him for 14 years and he traveled all over with me and my work.

I will say Batman!!! Always loved the character!!The gravity this character has, is totally unmatched!! Though I will say, in India there is a comic Super Hero known as "Super Commando Dhruv"! My first fav superhero!! He Just uses his brain and wits!! Check it out if you can get his comics in English, I am sure you will love it!!

oh well @Rationalwriter he is most realistic hero because he doesn't have powers, only training in combat and intelligence.

I am surprised that nobody has mentioned the Tick. The character was created as a spoof superhero and was hilarious. He was also rather short lived, but one that is definitely unforgettable.

Captain Planet was one of the best heroes I love and most specially superman. CP was always fighting for the environment and nature while Superman fights against the bad guys or bad kryptonians.

Batman is my number one all time favorite with Spider-man a close second or perhaps they share the number one space.
