Still learning

So I'm still learning this site. I just learned a minute ago how everyone was making the smiley faces 
and I just now learned that it was harder then I thought to use those smiley faces. Maybe it's just because I'm on my tablet
But one thing I am having a hard time with is the notifications. It's really hard to keep up with them. I can only imagine those who get 5 times more then me. I wouldn't know how they do it. I would be nice if they highlighted themselves or something after I have read them.
I'm just putting it out there now that I'm sorry if I miss one because it's really hard to keep up with them all.
Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?

There's no way I can respond to every person at once. I do try to spread out my effort, so that I respond to every person at least once. Then I go back and read more. It's such a vibrant community that you can just zip around.

You do a little at a time. That should be enough as far as handling notifications.

ou could always delete them after you've read the comments.

@T_gray i don't but I tented to know where I've got to. I've heard a few saying they delete them after they read the comments which I guess makes sense really.

I still couldn't manage how to make those smileys and those underline/bold/italic texts....
Btw i'm still learning how to use the site too haha it's either easy and complex at the same time somehow.
