What is the best mobile browser?

Since I started using smartphones, the first browser that I got to use was the default browser chrome, and since the past versions didn't support data saving, it was slow on loading and it cost much internet data, thus, becoming expensive to use.
Then I discovered Opera mini for android which supports data saving by compressing everything with less traffic so the loading was fast, and it can also save pages for later viewing, it helps a lot. I have also tried UC browser, a nice browser as well and can view most of the sites compared to past versions of Opera, but it lacks the saving pages unlike the Opera. If there had been that kind of feature, it would have been perfect.
Another browser I have tried is Firefox, same with the default chrome and internet explorer, not much data could be saved, unless you are using wifi with high data capp.
But because I am only using prepaid load promos, I am only using third party application like the Opera and UC browser because it is inexpensive to use. Those were the browsers that I have tried so far.
I'm using a LG Magna mobile phone. If you can suggest a good browser, what would it be and why?
