I am enjoying handful of nuts.Do you?

Well its 11:15 pm here and me and my hubby is watching news on France Operation against terror .
I am also enjoying nuts including almonds,pistachio and cashewnuts but handful.
Its said that a person can take a handsful of nuts during a day from health point of view.
I know they are full of calories but a limited amount is healthy infact.
Do tske nuts?

I eat peanuts, so does my wife. Peanuts are peanuts (cheap) here in Calgary.

I only like cashews, especially the salted ones. I don't eat them very often though.

Pistachios?! Man, pistachios must be cheap over in your country. . Here in Canada they are as expensive as diamonds! $10 a lb!
