Veggie lunch cooked.

Well its great afternoon here.I just finished up my cooking for lunch.I prepared a spinach,green onions abd fenugreek veggie .I will be serving it with plain youghrt and flat bread on the other hand i have prelared some chicken wings for my daughters s they dont like veggies. Do you cook or stirfry green veggies?

I love to eat loads of green veggies.. Spinach is my all time favorite.

I love stir fry. I don't like when vegetables are cooked all the way through. I like for there to be some crunch left. My favorite is broccoli. My son loves broccoli too, as picky as he is he loves broccoli, and he likes salad.

I often have stir fry veggies. There are some vegetables that are specially good for that. I also add some sprouts to add to the texture.

I have tried both they turn out really well I think I like stir-frying greens better.
