Because I switched banks the other day, I had to change some of my information other places. Yesterday I tried to go to the website for Capitol One and couldn't figure out what I was doing. So today I went back to the website and called the phone number I found there. To my surprise, I was only on about thirty seconds before I go an actual person. The young man on the other line (he sounded like he was half my age, anyway) walked me through what I was supposed to be doing, and even informed me of some new things on the site, so I guess I'll have to visit the site more often so I don't miss that kind of stuff). Anyway, it all got worked out, so hopefully I'll be finished with all of the transferring information stuff soon.
