Exam leakages

The high school students in a weeks time are going to finish their final exams in high school awaiting to join campuses and universities ,I bet the exam period to most of them was such a good time ;a hawker on the streets sells to you a revision exam paper ,you revise it overnight,the following day as you sit for the final exam you realize that the same paper you revised is the same one..What a walk over?? It is a pity that most of them will qualify for the different courses in the Universities and those students who did not quite perform like them will miss the opportunity. I so blame those' EDUCATED' leaders in the examination body for the mess.
