Working for yourself or working for others?

Just curious to know how many people here love to work for themselves like having their own business instead of working for others. I am against working for others as you will never have to answer your boss as you will be your own boss. You can even earn more money if you work harder whereas if you work for someone else your earnings or salary will be fixed. If your business grows you can hire people and you can be the boss. Hope to get more views on this from my dear Mylotters.

Nothing beats creating or own income as working for yourself does. For me no two days are the same with multiple streams of income.

I am working for myself because I am a self-employed person. I am working online. My personality just fits the online work. I can spend a lot of time online and I just love the flexibility of time as well as the flexibility of income. Because if you have a regular job, you have a fixed income. No matter how hard you work, your income will still be the same. But if you're self-employed, you may not have a fixed income. But you can earn way high if you just work harder and smarter.

It depends. If the pay is good, I don't mind working for others. At least, I have a secured income. If I work for myself, I would have headaches if business is not good.

I prefer working for myself than working for others. I feel enjoy work for myself than work for others though I get less money with work for myself. I can't work under pressure from others.
