Excited for the 13th month pay?

Well, for sure most of you are already excited with your upcoming 13th month pay... well, yeah, I already have plans for it --- saving. I need more money for my wife... And the year is almost over too -- have you achieved your plan already? I have several pending tasks with my paper works here and I would like to get it done before the year ends... I am starting reconciling things so it would be easier for me next year.

This isn't actually all that common in many countries. I don't know any employers that do this in the UK although in Germany and Netherlands, it's quite common.
