The meat is cooking in wine.

This evening I have friends and family for diner.
We are going to be 5 so I am cooking meat in white wine with spices. That goes along with white rice (I cooked it yesterday) and I have yet to make a salad. I´m cooking it in my big cast iron caramic pot. Probably I´ll bring it to the table as it´s beautiful.
My daughter will bring wine and an icecream dessert. And Maria and her husband are in charge of the appetizers.
The house smells like glory. There´s nothing better than to cook with huge amounts of wine.
I´ll leave the meat to simmer and will take a beauty´s sleep watching TV.
It is a wonderful prospect for a Saturday evening. What are you doing now?

Not anything as wonderful as your preparations sounds Marguicha. I could literally smell it as I was reading lolz
