Making lunch in night.....

Well its 1:am and i am preparing some meal for tomorrows lunch.My hubby promised his office mates for the green veggie home made for lunch.They were anxious to taste this meal.So its my cooking time though i am too tired but along with that i am mylotting too. Do you cook lunch in night?

@amnabas,It is not me,but my sis and mom who cook lunch and dinner.Now when I am responding to your post,they are busy in the kitchen.

If I'm up late I do, otherwise no. I don't cook ahead. If I'm cooking that late, it's because I haven't eaten and need to.
