Hello!
I've signed up. I was on the bubbling site that recently popped it's bubble for the last time so I have found myself here. I'm hoping I might bump into some friends who I've lost touch with in the last 12 months and hopefully I'm make some new ones.
A bit about me: I'm in my mid 30's (how did that happen?, I swear I stopped counting when I got to 29!). I live in the Midlands in the UK. I like reading and socialising, am involved in GirlGuiding with the tiny ones (rainbows), occasionally knit and spend far too long sitting at the computer.
Really looking forward to finding my feet here. Anything I need to know before I jump right in, just so I don't drown!

Welcome to mylot. First of all, you need to be active and interact with others, if you want them to interact with you, as that is the way we are paid here. In other words, we don't get paid for doing any posting in here, but from the others that interact on our posts. Interaction is the key in here, and I really enjoy it, as it is the best part of mylot. You can make great friends here, interact and learn from them all while earning, and I am certainly up for that.

@SavvySprite You will in time. It took me a little time to find things myself. It might seem a little dauntine at first, but you will figue it out in time. Just take your time lookuing around and once you do, things will become more clearer to you.

Welcome to MyLot @savvysprite! I was never on Bubblews, but am finding a nice home here in MyLot, so hopefully you will as well! There are many more experienced users here than I, but in general if you post a topic or two a day, and interact/comment on others mostly, you'll do just fine :)

@SavvySprite It's also worth knowing that there are no upper or lower limits on how many characters or words you can/have to use or how many discussions you may start a day. It's all down to common sense - just bear in mind that you aren't paid for what you post here but for how much people interact with what you post

Hi, though it's very late, I'd still like to welcome you to mylot Land!
I was in BubbleLand as well, but sad to see that it has collapsed. I think many of the residents have migrated to this land. Though it's not earning as fast as in the BubbleLand, it's much more stable. I have been here for about 10 years.
Hope you'll enjoy staying around!

Welcome over from the dark side :) I hope you settle in over here I have been here about a week now and am loving it so far. Girl guiding sounds like such a great hobby, I only have a little boy though so probably couldn't do it but it does sound fun x
