Do you mean 28 degrees centigrade?! If so, that is not really that hot. During summer, here in Canada temperature could go as high as 30 degrees centigrade . . and on winter it could go as low as -30 degrees! brrrrrr!

We live in the same city. Therefore, I totally understand how strange the weather is here. But I heard that it will start to be cold since tomorrow. However, it doesn't last long. Perhaps it will be cold for two days and then it will be hot again?
