An error message appearing me on my desktop....

I found now on my desktop the following message... c:\users\desktop\123.txt... This file contains charactors in unicode format which will be lost if you save this file as an ANSI encoded text How to save the text file ignoring even on warning the above error message?

ANSI to Encoding
Ok!! Press save as!! Then as shown in the image, change the Encoding from ANSI to encoding and your file will be fine!!

Don't save it as .TXT. Use an application which accepts Unicode.
