Some of those that know me from elsewhere know that I had a bit of a medical crisis a year ago. In fact, a year ago today I was still an inpatient at a rehabilitation facility.
Since then, I have some numbness in my left foot and leg. Even before, I was suseptible to the cold, but now my left foot just hangs on to the cold.
I guess a hot water bottle will be tucked into bed with me tonight.

hi@Morethanamom you do need to see y our d o ctor as your left foot and maybe leg are having poor circ ulation I h ave this problem in my right hand and arm called Carpal tunnel syndrome I too should see mydocto as he might be able to correct this. wear thick cushiony socks to bed at night too I have to do that on these chilly nightgs.

I just stick my cold feet up against my husband as he is always warm. Not much, if anything, can be done for my issues.

The numbness has to do with nerve damage from Cauda Equina Syndrome. That is in addition to the poor circulation I have always had in my feet. Not much that can be done.

Warm socks and the hot water bottle will surely help.
