This is the message in one advertising banner that appears on one page.
The actual words are: 60 seconds is all it takes to make up to 91% profit on a single trade! Trade Binary options with Banc de Binary!
I guess the operative words are the words “up to”.
I always hate to see such words when the shops are having a great sale.
The words “up to” means you are likely to get lesser than that.
If the big supermarket is having a big sale, perhaps the cabbage is the only thing that has a deep discount of 50%.
The rest are probably just 10% off the normal price.
So when the advertising says that you can make profit up to 91%, that means you are as likely to lose 100% of your capital.

Those merchants are all the same everywhere.
Sometimes when you want to buy a pair of shoes, and you go into the shop that promises 70% off.
After checking out the shoes, and you have spotted the perfect shoes, you realize that 70% off are for those shoe sizes that are either too large or too small.
Most of us do not have such odd shoe size, and we have to pay normal price or just get 10% discount.

That's a marketing strategy for businesses so that they can lure more people.
