Timeout occured, Try refreshing

I am invariably getting "timeout occurred try refreshing" in red on my page. Even after refreshing it returns almost immediately. With this snag I am finding impossible to progress in myLot activities. Did you face this problem anytime? If so, how did you get around it? Could any friend tell me how to shoot this trouble?

it comes up occasionally for me but it doesn't repeat once I refresh so not sure what is wrong there
