Men: To Hate or Not to Hate. That is the ?

I am new here, so hello to all you folks. I decided to use this site as my outlet for when I am feeling frustrated. I have been dating my current fellow for a little under a year. I do love him, but at times I feel like I could just strangle him. We get into the silliest fights over the dumbest things. I will admit that I am sometimes the instigator, however, that is not the case all the time. He has the worst temper and rarely admits when he is wrong. This little spats have increased over the last few weeks and whenever I attempt to talk about it, it just get worst. Am I not allowed to have an opinion? We really had it out last week about whether there should be a female President or not? What do you think, should there be? I think we should be given a chance! The men have had more than enough time messing it up, let us have a chance!!!!!

Welcome to this wonderful community of great people! I am sorry to hear about your relationship. If it were me I would boot his butt to the curb. I couldn't handle a man treating me like that. It is be hard to separate yourself from someone you care about but you deserve so much more. I am going through that right now, the guy I cared about would use me and kick me to the curb when he was done with me and I was so desperate for any kind of attention it didnt matter what kind. I have compromised myself and everything I believe in. He knows that no matter how bad he treats me I will always show up to his door when he calls me, well not anymore. I have erased his number from my phone so I dont get the urge to contact him when I am lonely. I shouldnt have to be treated that way and neither should you!

This exactly where I am at with him right now. I have spoken to him really in three days and that is not our norm. I am miserable right now but I know that I deserve more. I do feel like I lost myself to be with him. I am reclaiming my independence in hopes I will find something real in the future.

History suggests that women are no better at leading than men. I think we need to judge each person by the content of their character and not the contents of their trousers.

You are absolutely right! I believe we all should be given a fair shot! We have also seen throughout history that there have been women rulers in almost every other country, but here.

I think that you shouldnt argue about something silly like that. It doesnt matter if is a man or a woman that will become president, what really matters is if they do right things or not. If they are about people. Both should have and respect each others opinion. Don't argue because of things like this. Life is too precious to waste it fighting over silly things.

Lol! All men hate to admit they are ever wrong, I encourage you to give up on that pursuit. Some of them are better at saying, "hey I wasn't right.. but wrong, never!".
I also try to stay away from men with foul tempers. I don't think anyone need that kinda stress in their lives. Life itself is already a pain.
A female president, why not? Though I didn't like the last candidate Sarah Palin.

Ha ha! You're right! There must be a female president and more female Senate members! Not so that they can mess it up, but so that they can do it better!
