Phone is charging to slow

My phone is charging to slow it should of been done now. I have a new usb cord for it. When I first got my phone it a Android Relm . I had no problem charging it now even when it plug in to a wall it takes a long time to charge I have no idea why.But one thing I will not buy other LG phone again even if it was on sale for $2.00 us
