Enjoying Some Time Alone

Wanting to be alone sometimes does not make someone a loner or someone other people think having a kind of depression. There are moments that we also need our own private space and time. The "me" time is also important for us to listen to our own inner voice. Do you enjoy having your own time alone? Or are you the type of person who always want to have someone to tag along? There is nothing really wrong with that.

I don't mind being alone, but I also like to do things with others too, and I haven't done that in a very long time. I miss the things that my ex and I used to do, and I always think about if we hadn't got divorced, what our lives would be like now. For one thing, as far as I am concerned, it would have made my life better than it is now, that is for sure. having to do all things on my own is tough, as I am not all that used to it, but somehow, I know that I will get through it all.

I know you will get through it all. In time when you get used to everything. God bless.

@cherigucchi I know I will, as God is with me, and will never leave me, and I hold onto that every day.

I would think that someone who needed to be around others all the time must be really insecure. We all need time alone.

I love being alone, but I also love being with others. A somewhat balanced approach works best for me. I find that I really need that time to recharge, to meditate, to write music, etc. and I miss it if I'm spending too much time with others. I have known people who simply *had* to be around people all the time, and it seemed a bit unhealthy to me. But then, so does being a hermit!

Yes! Alone time is so important. It's vital for all of us to recharge our batteries at some point... whether you're a socialite or more introverted.
