fitness center of the experience

I just came from the gym and feeling very tired . 3 times a week for weight training , it can be very effective . if there is a routine exercise in the fitness center here? Let us give info about vitamins and medicines consumed for healthy living by the day ... let discussion

I think fruit and water are the best things to have when you're exercising :o)

that's for sure , fruit and mineral water actually helps the formation of muscle. if you also often to the gym ?
