Though it is not established whether the attack in California is an activity of IS, the world is very much looking at the British Government's decision to make Air Strikes in the Heartland of IS which has got the appreciation of U.S Obama Government. The point of concern is whether the 70,000 ground forces will be able to contain the I.S forces who are comfortably aided by seemingly unknown supporters? Is the decision aimed to warn Russia who is expressing it's anger on Turkey over the issue of Petrol purchase ,other arms and ammunition and is constantly stating that it has got proof to establish their statement. If everything becomes exposed will it lead to another War in which again the British take a lead like in the War of 2003 against Saddam's regime? What are the post operation activities to be taken care of , is the main point for consideration . The law makers of British Government might have favored the decision but the whole issue needs some more discussions over the tables. Though the Prime Minister of UK says that the risks of inaction would be greater than the risks of what he had proposed, the decision still needs some introspection with a spirit of alignment. What do u say my friends....? " The Christmas is fast approaching'...Let us not involve innocents in the War.....

One thing about the current situation, the Russians have themselves to be blamed for participating and supporting the radical Syrian dictator President Bashar. So far, the bombs have not effectively taken out any ISIS targets except a few rebel forces but the majority metric tons of it fell onto the innocent civilians comprising of women and children of more than 4000.
We've seen how incompetent the Russians and their technology had been so far especially when it was responsible for the downing of a commercial passenger jet plane from Malaysia - not long ago. It is evident the Russians are really the mess of things here. Now they are claiming statements after statements that contradict them more.
As for the shooting massacre in San Bernardino, California I don't know if it is an IS especially when the identities though reported were Muslims could not be generalized since one of them was a working staff in that fateful office and had some altercations earlier with his co-workers. After that, all hell broke loose.

S I agree with you It is Russia which had made the things more complex Earlier also when Mohd Taraki of Afghanistan approached USSR for protection they readily agreed and extended their support which has finally led to War in Iraq and then the subsequent war against Saddam's regime Later followd the WTC and then attack on Afghanistan. In all these activities the genesis of the outbreaks clearly establishes the hand of USSR and now Russia Now the need of hour calls for plan of action rather than action itself. No doubt the statement of the Prime minister of UK that the risks of inaction would be greater than the risk of action against the IS but it all needs some strategy and planning as to how effective they are for post war/attack preparations..Hence one more discussion across the table...particularly in view of the CHRISTMAS
