I've stayed away from commenting much on this incident so i'm just going to keep it short. I have been glued to the coverage of the shootings since it was first shown on t.v. I was actually watching fox news when they broke in with the story. Right away as soon as I saw the map on t.v. I knew exactly where the location was and how the area looked. I used to live in San Bernardo for about 5 years. The place of the incident is an area that I used to drive through all the time. If my judgement of distance is somewhat in the ball park, i lived just about two miles away. I remember when the building was being built, and to see what has happened, well, its just surreal to me.

It's interesting how long some clung to the hope that it wasn't a terrorist attack.

thats because terrorist attacks are sporadic, this was contained to one room. none of the front desk people were shot going in or out. its more of a combination of two things- work place violence and terrorism..

@Plethos Is there any evidence he had a beef with anyone at work?

@TheHorse - theres not much being released. but at one time it was reported that a minor "arguement" took place prior to him walking out and returning to shoot the room.

San Bernardino is about 5 hours away from me and even though I'm 5 hours away it hits home because I also live in California. It is a very scary situation.
