The Stone Temple Pilots have always been a favorite of mine, I still blast their music through my speakers every now and again. To hear of the ex lead singer dying last night in Bloomington, Minnesota is tragic. He had died in his sleep and one can only speculate that it is drug related given his history of drug abuse. He was on tour and his new band and him had stopped in Bloomington just before their show last night sadly he didnt make it to that show. I am always sadden to hear when people in the music industry die because in my eyes music is so influential especially in my life.
