Vitamin D Time

It is a beautiful day here in the panhandle of Florida and I just check the temp outside and it is 67 degrees right now in the early afternoon (much better than the last couple of days temp wise). Seeing the sun shine and knowing the temp is comfortable it has got me wanting to go out and get a good dose of vitamin D from the sun to make my bones happy. So I am going to take a break from surveys and being on here and take a walk to the corner store and besides the dose of vitamin D the fresh air will help my brain to think better when I come back to read and post here.

Over here, in Singapore, we have the problem of too much sun. Most of us want to hide away from the scorching sun. Even when I put on sunblock, I can still feel the sun burning my skin. Too much Vitamin D is not a good thing.

That's nice for you. I personally prefer cooler temperatures. It's sad we don't get cool temperature often here in Ecuador.

Enjoy the fresh air. It hit 50 degrees here which is weird for this time of year in NY. But i am not complaining as I don't do well with snow and the cold.

I better rely on my dose of Vitamin D in a bottle for now, as the sun is not very friendly these days with us.
