Wireless connections, please help me

I have bought a Dell Latitude Cpx 650Mhz 10WD win xp, what exactly do I need to go wireless. I was looking at lyksis (or whatever) the router and the card. But I also have a broadband server for my connection right now, so can I get a card to go w/that?
