Now it is more easy to learn English in your own language, There is mobile application Hello English:Learn English from Google play stores. There is an option to learn English through 15 languages Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Nepali, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Kannada, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bangle(Bangladesh), Oriya, Telugu and Assamese. After installing application select your mother tongue/local language. You can start learning English from basics or you can take test with your English knowledge. According to the marks decision will be taken from which level you have to learn English. After that you have to down load the lessons. After learning you have take test in the model of game and you can download the dictionary also to know the meaning of the word

In my view whilst such tools may be useful the only way to really learn the language is to read books and look at the way the native people use the language.
