hey friends, some days I told you about my bloated stomach and tries to know from you to suggest me some solution to it.....but in the end, i found the natural solution to it that will cut down the stomach fat slowly.

15 minutes of brisk walk in the early morning also keeps you away from heart diseases. Jogging and running is I think is better for both issues fat and heart.
