Philippines

Hello Lotters, It was supposed to be nothing and something I've become over the years. but the thing is, I've been exercising for two weeks and hearning some thing like that has really pissed me off knowing that I have failed in my diet and my sleeping habits have changed again when instead of sleeping early i ended up sleeping late. looks like I will be adjusting my sleep and doing more work out than ever before, but the diet is more challenging even. Well, I have a new year ahead of me, I hope i get some progress from time to time. this can't bring me down, it's just a set back

Never mind what others say. Your body belongs to you, and you have to bear in mind that when you get sick, your family suffers as well. Just take good care of yourself, and make sure that you are healthy.

Diet shouldn't be temporary it should be a lifestyle. A permanent change in how you eat. Meaning learning to eat in moderation making better choices and portion control. I would dismiss what negative comments have been made and stay motivated on your journey towards your goal.

Try semi fasting on 2 days each week ( you are allowed 400 calories as a woman , 500 for a man) leave ten or more hours between your 2 meals on that day. the rest of the time try to eat a good varied diet. Works for me

I hope you can stick to your diet. I haven“t been able to do it lately as I have had too many good things happening to me.

That's very unkind of anyone to call you fat. There is room for all shapes and sizes on this planet
