Have you observed the perfectionist people are usually the worst person?

I have already encountered people whom I thought they are strong, objective, smart, and can do the right things all the time that is why they project themselves as brave, strict to make the things right especially in discipline, and know it all. But unfortunately I already caught them in the act on how worst they can be as they don't do what they preach. They are just good in expressing their point or in talking but then you can see the flaws that can be horrible and terrible which is ironic to them as a person. Example I have already encountered a person who is strict in cleanliness and courtesy, but then I caught them in the act that they do disgusting things that is worst like putting their feet on the table and lack of breeding by using foul languages. Most of the time I cannot see their credibility of preaching but usually they just want acknowledgement that you change because of them, being just superior or a boss, manipulative person, more so they are a depressed person who just want them to drag you to feel miserable same as them. They are not sincere at all. I only knew few people who are strict but I can still admire them because they can still earn respect and showed it that they have the credibility.
