It does not seem fair that the poor does not get freebies, and the rich are the ones getting more freebies.
That is unfortunately a fact in life.
When you buy a small house, you take a small mortgage from the bank.
The bank may reward you with a $20 or $50 shopping vouchers.
When the rich people take up a loan for a big house or a few apartments, the bank rewards them with freebies worth thousands of dollars.
They get priority treatment too.
Many people like to pay for meals when they have the opportunity to meet rich people. They want to learn from the rich, so they have to pay for the meal out of courtesy.
The rich people get more investment advice than poor people.
People know that the rich will always listen attentively to ideas, even if the ideas turn out unrealistic.
All kind of industries put the rich people on the calling list. They get to buy the new apartment first even before the project is launched.
The developers will woo them with freebies, and attractive price.

Money goes to money--a fact of life. Plus a rich person can get them more business than a poor person.
