why i am getting so many spam comments?

hey friends, i have so much in trouble due to spam comments which are coming on my website everyday....please help me .....what can i do to solve this problem? please see the image .....

I'm not sure as i don't see many spam comments on my page. You could ask the ADMIN on the site what to do I'm sure they would have the answer.
