Do you take time out for lunch at work or work through?

I think it is important that you stop working for half an hour at lunchtime, chill out and refresh yourself ready for a productive afternoon. A lot of people however continue to work right through their lunch break. What about you?

Though I work for myself I always stop for lunch. My wife and I have something to eat and a chat or I read the newspaper.
